Charlie Weasley
Charlie Weasley, the second eldest Weasley, passed his NEWTs and left Hogwarts before Harry arrived. Since then he's been
working with dragons in Romania. During Harry's first year, Hagrid's aquisition of a dragon's egg and its subsequent hatching
into a Norwegian Ridgeback, a very rare and vicious dragon, led to Ron asking Charlie's help. Charlie Weasley didn't turn
up himself, but sent several of his friends to take Norbert the dragon away by air. Harry didn't meet Charlie until shortly
before his fourth year, when the whole Weasley family took a trip to watch the finals of the Quidditch World Cup.
